Day 1


WELCOME! You got to Belgrade! In the afternoon, ideally. Transfer to the hotel by mini bus, short rest. To keep awake, you will go for a guided walking tour of central Belgrade with Tamara and Jelena. Have you met Tamara? If not, take a minute to read her bio (For English, scroll to the bottom of the page!). If you were lucky not to meet me, oh well… the moment has come.
Click here . Tamara will tell you all about turbulent history of Belgrade, one of the oldest standing cities of Europe. We will have a break- tasting Serbian coffee and rakija (traditional Serbian plum brandy) in “Rakija” bar. Check out Rakija bar here. Free evening.


１日目　ようこそ！
午後ベオグラードに到着したらミニバスでホテルへ行き、休憩をはさんだ後、タマラと私ヘレナと一緒にベオグラード中心のウォーキングツアーに出かけましょう！

タマラに会うのは初めて？ではぜひここで彼女の履歴を見てください。英語の説明があります。

タマラはヨーロッパ最古の都市の一つであるベオグラードの激動の歴史について語ってくれるでしょう。

それからラキヤ・バーで「コーヒー」とセルビアの「伝統的なプラムのブランデー」そして葡萄から作られた甘い匂いのするブランデーの「ラキヤ」をいただきましょう。

Day 2

Wake up! Time for a morning walking tour to Belgrade. We will visit places we haven’t yesterday.

When you get tired, we will head to the old Belgrade to have lunch at The question mark “?”, the oldest restaurant in Belgrade. Situated across one of the most monumental churches in Belgrade and Serbian Patriarchate for decades this restaurant has stood against the challenges of time. As a reward, it has been listed a historical monument of Belgrade and the legend behind its name is very intriguing… You will learn why while tasting the Oriental Serbian cuisine.


After the lunch we will head to the first cooking school opened in Serbia to participate Medieval Serbia culinary & wine glass painting workshop at “Il Primo” Cooking school. Of course, you can take your glass with you! If you still have the energy we can walk down the Belgrade streets to feel the charm of old European town in the dusk. Time to sleep! ２日目　

おはようございます！ベオグラードのモーニング・ウォーキングツアーに出かけましょう！前日行くことができなかったところを訪れます。
それからベオグラード旧市街へと向かい、ベオグラード最古のレストラン‘？’でランチを楽しみます。
このレストランはベオグラードの記念碑のような古い教会の向かいにありセルビアの厳しい時代を生き抜いてきた長老のような存在です。
その結果ベオグラードの歴史的建造物として登録され、‘？’という不思議な名前のバックグラウンドにある伝説には非常に興味をそそられます…
その理由についてはオリエンタル・セルビア料理をいただきながら教えてもらいましょう。

ランチの後はセルビアで最初にできた料理教室Il Primo http://www.skolakuvanja.com/で中世のセルビア料理とワイングラスペインティングのワークショップに参加します。ペインティングしたグラスはもちろんお土産に持ち帰ることができます。ワークショップの後まだエネルギーが残っていればベオグラードのストリートを歩き、ヨーロッパの古い町並みの雰囲気を楽しみましょう。ベオグラードで泊まるホテルの情報はこちらです。
