cream 9 TSP
lemon juice 1
hamburger bread

yogurt 300ml
lemon confit 4 slices
garlic 1
parsley
cumin ¼tsp
coriander ¼tsp
mint
pink pepper
Mince salmon finely + salt + pepper + lemon confit finely chopped and form hamburger.
Mix cream + minced dill + lemon juice and spread it inside the bread.
Mix yogurt 200ml + lemon confit +
smashed garlic 1 + parsley + cumin + coriander + mint + salt + pink
pepper + (mayonnaise).
Toast
the bread. Cook the salmon burger in a pan 2 /3 mn each side or as you
like.
Serve
the burger with the sauce in the bread with a salad.
