ふたりともまだ知り合ったばかりなので、覚悟の上、みにきてください　とのことでした

以下の材料で簡単なレッスンをします

Tomato Salad with Gazpacho Vinaigrette  

Various ripe  tomatoes sliced

Mozzarella cheese ( bocconcini)

Basil chiffonade 

Extra virgin olive oil

Gazpacho Vinaigrette

Tomato puree                                 ½ cup

Balsamic vinegar                           2-3 tbsp

Garlic crushed                              1 colve

Olive oil                                        ¼ cup

Cucumber fine dice                      2tbsp

Red onion fine dice                      2tbsp

Red pepper fine dice                    2tbsp

Yellow pepper fine dice              2tbsp

Italian parsley chopped               2 tbsp

Salt/Pepper        

In a small bowl add the tomato puree, balsamic and crushed garlic.

 let sit 1 hour and remove the garlic. 

Add the remaining ingredients and adjust the season with salt and pepper.
